Very, very unprofessional business! No one ever answers the phone or returns a phone call. Good luck! When you call, all you ever get is the scheduler whom cannot access any patient information or answer questions. I’ve been trying to contact someone about patient records now for weeks. Finally drove up to the clinic today during normal business hours and there is nobody here. Also, they have been charging my account regularly that I’ve not authorized

This place is AMAZING! They have a wonderful reception named Maria. Off the bat she was SUPERB. I was then met with TeTe, she was super super sweet! Accommodating and listened to everything that I had to say. Then the doctor. Dr Brian was the icing on the cake! We drove all the way from Oak harbor because I ate a French fry from Jack in the box and it chopped my canine! I will only come here from now on. Thank you!!!

I was experiencing so much tooth sensitivity and needed to see a dentist right away, it was 6pm on Friday after working hours but checked on Google Maps anyway to see if any dentists were open at this time. Luckily Everett Emergency Dental Care USA was open and available 9am to 9pm and had availability within an hour! I filled out the health screen form and was assisted by the front office manager, Amber, who was so kind, friendly and helpful! I waited just a few minutes and was brought back by the lovely assistant, Parisa who helped take my xray and once I was all checked in the dentist, Dr.Norooz came in and was careful in looking at my sensitive tooth, knew right away which tooth it was and we got started on the procedure. He was very gentle during anesthetic and the procedure went by quickly with no pain and he constantly checked in with me to see how I was doing. 2 days later I feel so much better! No tooth pain and I’m very relieved. I’d definitely feel confident in going again for my next treatment. The staff and dentist were the best I have experienced in years! 10/10🌟

I had a tooth extraction here and the whole experience was better than I expected. The front desk assistant greeted me warmly and made check-in easy. Dr. Norooz and his assistant Tete were true professionals — calm, supportive, and clearly experienced. The procedure was quick and I felt taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend this office to anyone who feels nervous about dental work. - Melisa

How can you check the records without my name? I was seen on January 26th by Jah Jah. I was given my care instructions in a ziplock bag. My other teeth were damaged during the extraction, the stitches were done horribly, the information I was given was negligent. You can't check your records without my name, nice try. I was seen here and this place is horribly over priced $2000+ dollars for an botched misinformed extraction. I specifically asked about my teeth shifting, my bite, etc. I was told it wouldnt be a problem after the extraction i was told to come back to address those coming issues... Scam artists. This place is absolutely horrible and whoever replied I can include photos of the sandwich bag care instructions I received. This place is gave bad information, was overpriced, negligent, dishonest, and unprofessional. This is worst than a last resort.
